How It Works
1. Submit a Return Request
Go to the “Your Orders” page, select the item(s) you want to return, and click “Return/Refund.”
Tell us why you’re returning the item — your feedback helps us improve. Then choose your return method and submit the request.
2. Prepare Your Return
Pack the item securely and wait for the courier pickup or drop-off, depending on your selected return method.
The first return per order is always free.
Most items can be returned within 90 days of purchase.
Eligible items must be in their original condition.
Please send the package within 14 days after submitting your return request.
3. Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed and approved under Wemo Purchase Protection, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds can be issued either to your Wemo credit or your original payment method. You’ll be notified once the refund is completed.
