Shipping Options

Shipping Address
Please ensure that you provide a correct and up-to-date shipping address.
P.O. Boxes are acceptable for most deliveries.
Certain products may require a physical address, such as:

Perishable goods
Age-restricted items
Items shipped by private carriers
Some items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes (as indicated on product pages).
Deliveries cannot be made to restricted locations, including military bases or secured facilities.
Shipping Time & Costs
Once your order is successfully paid and confirmed:
You will see the estimated delivery time and cost (if applicable) on the order confirmation page.
You will receive an order confirmation email with processing details.
Order processing typically takes 1–3 days.
You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been dispatched.
After shipment:
You will receive an estimated delivery time for each package.
A tracking number will be provided when available.
You can track shipment progress in your Wemo account’s order history.

Delivery Issues
If your package has not been delivered, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it:
